The Postpartum Life Chapter can last several years and is one of deep renewal, introspection and integration. After a 9-10 month building and birthing journey, we land in a tender yet powerful stage of becoming. From the first forty days into the fourth trimester we learn to navigate a mental, energetic & physical hibernation period of healing, nourishing, listening, and bonding with our babies and our new self.
The Uma Postnatal Program is curated to support you as you find your roots and new sense of self in early motherhood. Each practice is designed to help you reconnect to your breath, core, back muscles and pelvic floor while providing specific stretches and strengthening exercises that are safe for each stage of your healing.
