UMA POST SESSIONS
An Essential Ritual for Mother + Baby
The Post Sessions are designed to nourish and empower you during the postpartum stage while building a supportive, healing and loving community.
Feed your spirit, strengthen your body, connect with new mothers + celebrate this magical time with baby!
Series run either 6 or 8 weeks and are set in a small group setting.
*Postnatal Yoga + Postpartum Fitness including pelvic floor + proper core integration
*Baby + Mama rituals including baby massage + baby yoga
*Weekly Discussion on topics related to Postpartum healing, Integrating into your new role, Discovering Your Baby’s Unique Rhythm, and the importance of sharing and connecting with a Support System of Women.
*Meditation + Tea Time
GROUP A :: FRIDAY 1:30-3pm
Dates: 10/27, 11/10, 11/17, 12/1, 12/8, 12/15
GROUP B :: TUESDAY 12:30-2pm
Dates: 11/14, 11/21, 11/28, 12/5, 12/12, 12/19
WHERE: UMA DEN in Santa Monica
Sessions are 90 minutes
Light Snacks and Tea included
Recommended Start : 5-8 weeks postpartum (unless arranged directly with Patti) Class is for pre-crawlers.
One make up allowed at the end of the series.
