UMA MOTHERSHIP is a gathering for all Women to move into a collective space of unified transcendence. We will bring the body and mind into a greater state of ease and balance through the practice of gentle yoga postures and pranayama (breath control), then sit into effortless meditation and conclude with deep restorative rest.

No previous meditation experience required.
Each new participant will be gifted a MOTHERSHIP MALA necklace made with love in Rishikesh, India as an energetic tool to wear during meditation.
Bring a yoga mat and blanket.
*Optional bring a meditation cushion for comfort and an eye pillow.
A portion of every UMA MOTHERSHIP goes toward different non-profit organizations that support and elevate Mothers and Children in need.

Journey to Birth is a semi private workshop where you will learn ways to communicate, support, laugh and bond through this beautiful and intimate rite of passage.
