In Bloom is led in a small group setting. Classes are dedicated to strengthen and nourish body, allow space for you to cultivate an intimate relationship with your baby, and connect you to a wonderful community of mothers. In Bloom is a commitment and investment in yourSELF and your baby during one of your greatest rites of passage as a woman.
*Baby + Mama rituals including baby massage + baby yoga
*Weekly Discussion on topics related to Postpartum healing, Integrating into your new role, Discovering Your Baby’s Unique Rhythm, and the importance of sharing and connecting with a Support System of Women.
*Meditation + Tea Time

Patti is passionate about working with individuals and couples in helping to empower women to trust their bodies as well as their instincts throughout pregnancy and into motherhood, serving as their advocate during this sacred transition.
Patti's services include:
- meeting to discuss birth wishes and how she can best provide support for the whole family
- private yoga + meditation sessions
- support through active labor to birth
- private postnatal sessions to help mamas mindfully adapt to their new role, emphasizing the importance of selfceare
